just tried to turn my computer on and it comes up with a screen that says "SORRY windows wasnt able to start up blar blar blar blar.

have options to start in safe mode or try windows again

I tried all safe modes but it still wont start up and windows just keeps going into sleep mode and returning back to this Sorry screen.

i have windows cd and if i reinstall it does that mean i will all work.

please say no please.

it is christmas lol

Hey.. before you decide to pay... check back with us because I wanna see how much the computer shops cost you.. prices can be ridiculous just by pressing in a cable for the computer...

- what model of computer
- what os, XPpro or home
- how old is it


sorry that noone replied to your post before, I wake up and there is about 80 mails to go through, fun agreed but still they take time to do.

I think the simplest thing would just be to repair the os.

Thanks for your reply. Sent it to the computer shop dont know what they did but it is all up and running. And dont die of shock they did it for nothing. Well they said i had to bake them a cake but i told them could cook to save my life lol. So will drop something special off for them.

And Fleamailman i know you guys are under the gun and you are volunteers and i do appreciate it when you are able to get around to helping me. This time just wasnt my time. It was someone elses.lol
