I just re-installed windows hoping that would work and no luck so it must be my internet speed, i have no idea why though, it makes no sence because i used to be able to host now i cant.

i fixed it somehow.
i finally got my cd drive to work in my comp and now i can magically host again, weird. anyway u can close this.
