Help! Danger:Spyware has infected my PC

Can someone please help me. My computer has been infected with some kind of virus. There is an ad parked in the center of my desktop. It's preventing me from seeing the majority of the icons that should be on my desktop. There are two links on the ad for buying a spyware remover. I've followed the recommended steps, i ran Ad-ware SE, cwshredder, spybot S&D, McAfee Virusscan, I ran a windows update and downloaded Sp1a, I rebotted afterwards and still had the infections but it seemed to be weaker... i had more icons on the desktop... but still couldn't see most. I ran Hijack this. Anything else i should do?
