I have a built Dell Optiplex gx280 with a 3ghz processor and 1 GB RAM. I have an audio card installed and am using the MOBO video card. When I have itunes running and browse the internet sometimes it stutters. Also, If I am watching a video online and am using a graphics-intense program like Macromedia Flash the movie stutters when I start drawing something. Can this be fixed with software settings or is it due to low-quality hardware?
