I have a problem to see my handy drive. My Window XP manage to detect it. But, that drive doesn't appear in my window explorer. I have C drive, D drive and E drive (DVD ROM)

There is a green arrow icon appear on the right bottom. When I double click it, and click stop, I saw this image (in my attachment - screenshot.gif).

Only when I restart it, and try it again, it works. But, after I remove it (even using safe method), the drive for my handy drive still there, with a red color question mark. And, if I put my handy drive back, it is not viewable again until I restart my window again. :whistling:

My handy drive is ok because when I tried it in another pc, no problem.

What is the problem here? Thanks.

by "handy drive" i assume this is a usb drive?

plug it in and right click on "my computer" choose managed then disk management...do you see the "handy drive" in the list to the right? if so right click it and choose "assign drive letter" choose the next free letter (probably F for you) press apply and ok now do the safe removal fo the drive...and plug it back in...better?
