Lost access to internet due to Adaware scan

I installed both Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy recently. And after having both scan my laptop, I wasn't able to access the internet any longer, but the laptop still showed an internet connection through LAN. I found that I was still able to access the internet through wireless though. I've tried restoring things that Spybot deleted but couldn't figure out how to do so with Adaware. I deleted both programs, and so I'm stuck. Please help.
