Hello,

I have intermittantly been receiving error message:
svchost.exe application error Instructions at "0x745f2780" refer enclose memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
Would click cancel to "debug" and continue working on computer - as nothing seemed to be affected.

With in the last week I am now receiving the error message:
Generic Host Process for Win32 Services. (approx 90% of the time following computer start up)
Upon receipt of this message my computer no longer recoganizes the Audio Device and I am not able to get any sounds from CDs, DVDs, games or the internet.

When I go to Device Manager, there is a large yellow ? next to Other Devices. When I open Other Devices there are yellow ? and ! marks next to Parallel Devices.

Have attempted to reinstall Audio Driver, but receive the following error message:
iKernel.exe: (0x10000).
Attempted to delete and reinstall instalshield, but all error messages still persist.

Have also attempted to use the programs RegCur and Registryfix, also without success.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.
