I'm new user to this and I found very interesting topics to learn and discuss. From any where to hardware to software and to the installation with facing problems each day.

I just loaded Win XP SP2 and would like to know which are those 3 components (Firewall, AntiVirus & Antispyware) to be installed immedieately. I'm looking forward to download the free versions, please help me so that I could safe guard the system, also suggest which are the other softwares to be install on a brand new PC.

For the firewall

For anti spyware etc, programmes 1, 6, 7 and 8 can be run together on XP

Before you re-install XP, should you need to, download and save those you want to use from the above and save them to CDR so you can load them before connecting to the internet
