when opening a program this error comes up,

"Sorry but your Windows System Resource has gotten too low for this program to function properly!!!!!!!!!!

In the future please use the Windows System Resource meter utility to monitor your system and keep them above 10% at all times.

THIS PROGRAM WILL NOW SHUTDOWN!!!!!!!!!"

Check for malware

Click start, right click my computer, click properties, advanced, settings for performance, advanced, put the dot in system managed, click set, click OK, reboot

Do you have 512MB + Ram Memory

Have you checked it with memtest

Click this for a guide to using Memtest

Click this to download Memtest
