Whats that program where you can run it and it appears as a computer within your operating system. I beleive it creates a file on your harddrive which it uses for its harddrives.

I.e. I want to install a new operating system within this program using my current hardware and it will recognise it?

I have used it in the past and cannot think of what it is!
