The reason the properties button on the Monitor tab is grayed out is because your Video Card drivers are not installed. Please download and install these drivers, then you will be able to install the drivers for your monitor, which I have nicely posted on my GeeksToGo Storage, which can be downloaded from HERE.

Ah yes, i do believe you are correct, i just tried to launch a game and it said i had a 0 MB video card (so the drivers aren't installed and it's not recognizing it)...I'm downloading the drivers right now, i'll let you know how things go.
