Missing Regedit files... HELP?

I had a hard drive failure and it caused me to have to let Windows Install FIX my installation rather than replacing it.... but now I have no regedit.com or regedit.exe

Is there a place I can get these files? HELP!!!!

Hello, try running the repair install with your XP disk.

I am trying to AVOID using the windows XP install disk to fix the error. I did that already, remember?

Well doing the repair will add all the missing/corrupt files, so it wouldn't hurt to try.
