Which graphics card to get for under 101GBP

Hi there everyone, ive been thinking about getting a new graphics card for my computer, and i realised i didnt have a clue which one to get, ive read a few reviews, but most of the time i dont understand what they mean. so i was wondering if anyone could reccomend one to me.

I like playing a wide variety of games and watch a lot of movies on my computer, so it needs to be a pretty good one, but i also need it to cost less than 100GBP.

My PC is a dell optiplex gx520, 2.8GHz Pentium D, 1GB ram

could you please reccomend a good one, many thanks.
