I have already done everything in the Malware Removal Guide. I also did the broadband speed test. Do I have to do everything again or just do the Hijack section for a new report?

One more thing, when I did the speed test it never gave me any results, it just had the words "Test complete, Loading results page" but nothing came up after a few minutes. I ran the test agaiin and the same thing happened. I do not get any results.

Yes it worked.
It reads:

bandwith reading is 256.00 Mbps
which means you can download at 32 MB/sec from our servers

then in the box it shows

262144 kbps YOU followed by a long red band

Then it has a ref # 262144-6195411 if I want to contact Customer Services

My ISP told me my connection was capable of 1.2 up to 1.5 Mbps
