A suspected malware that I couldn't remove, need advise

Hi, user109s :whistling:

No sign of malware. There is a Service disabled that should be set to automatic.

Go to Start-> Run, type Services.msc and clic Ok. Scroll down to System Event Notification. Right click on it and select Properties. Set the service to Automatic.

Everything else looks clear.

You should check the Event viewer for any application or system errors.

Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event viewer.

Hi JSntgRvr,

Sorry for the late response. I haven't had a chance to try if my video players were working because my system has crashed. :blink: It's not due to virus or melwares, it might due to my graphic card driver. I'll try to recover it though.

Anyway, thanks for your great effort to look into my sick pc. Appreciated you helps. :whistling:
