ftp password setup?

Hi guys my first post and i need help lol, hope this the rite thread guys.... :blink:

Basically i have setup ftp to run on my server this i did from googling and gettin a dummies guide which was no probs had it running in no time. im running windows server 2003. The problem lies in setting up a username and passord to access my ftp account, everytime i try it just wont connect so i have to go back to not using one.

any help would be much appreciatted :whistling:

ok nvm all sorted basically used the password and user i use to access the server - duh - anyway thought id post the answer incase anybody needs to no :whistling:
