Drinking tea can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke but only if milk is not added to the brew, German scientists said on Tuesday

It was on the news the heart foundation said the study wasnt broad enough to say wether milk cancelled all benefits they only studied a few fo the things thats in tea that helps with those things.

Besides i dont know anyone else but im just after the caffeine fix.
