Error Message: "The system has recovered from a serious error."

Around three days ago, after logging onto my account, an 'error window' appeared and said that my system has recovered from a serious error. So I scanned my computer with Spybot Search & Destroy, it didnt find anything, so then I scanned my computer with AVG Anti-Virus and that didnt find anything. So I looked on the internet for anyone else with the problem but, since the Windows Support said it was caused by Roxio it ruled out other ways of fixing the problem. Therefore I came here, yet with another error , and looking for some guidance. Thanks in advance.
