Issue is not resolved as of yet. I will post back and edit this line when it is.

BCP4: FF85E70 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product: 256_1

Area Effected:
C:\DOCUME~1\Dylan\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER5cd6.dir00\Mini011007-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Dylan\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER5cd6.dir00\sysdata.xml

Hello,

Around three days ago, after logging onto my account, an 'error window' appeared and said that my system has recovered from a serious error. So I scanned my computer with Spybot Search & Destroy, it didnt find anything, so then I scanned my computer with AVG Anti-Virus and that didnt find anything. So I looked on the internet for anyone else with the problem but, since the Windows Support said it was caused by Roxio it ruled out other ways of fixing the problem. Therefore I came here, yet with another error :whistling:, and looking for some guidance. Thanks in advance.

Removed HJT log. The malware removal forum is there for a reason. Use it.

First, I forgot to say when the error occurs...it's usually when I shutdown the computer completely, then turn it on, and as soon as I start to login it immediatly shuts off and reboots.

Second, the ATF Cleaner, didn't work. I hope it isn't just me who isnt seeing the skin of this website now..cause as of right now, this site doesn't have one, so I'm hoping ATF Cleaner didn't cause that. And..nothing is working on my photobucket account, like auto copying, and my black background is now white.

Third, I took a few screenshots of the images..

EDIT:
A few of the screenshots after using the ATF Cleaner as well.

yea.. it looks like all your graphics are all gone.. that is neither a malware or video card problem... so triple check your video card stuff and resolution and then put a log in the malware section

I never had this problem, until I downloaded and used ATF Cleaner today (like 20 minutes ago) Before that it was fine. I also checked my video and color settings and thats fine, just how its been for a while.

First, a couple things to tidy up. Malware removal and HJT logs belong in the Malware Removal forum. Those in Geek U should have known to report this post in the need a mod forum to be moved to the Malware Removal forum instead of posting here.

Second, to just about everyone here, a reminder of a rule for this forum. You may have 16kb worth of images in your signature and avatar combined. Those who are over that limit need to remove some images. Quickly.

Third, if you ran ATF Cleaner when Firefox was open, you will have exactly the issues that you describe. Close Firefox and run it again. Then you may need to do a hard refresh on the page to get it to display properly again.

Its not a flaw in either program, its just that Firefox doesn't like its cache to be ripped out from underneath it when its running. The CSS doesn't load properly.

Ok thanks ScHwErV, the skin and stuff is back, kinda feel stupid I didnt do that didn't know how to fix that. But back to the Serious Error message, anything else I can do to fix it, I'd really rather not do a system restore, unless I have no other option. Thanks. I'll go get the thumbnails now, sorry for the mass upload of images there lol..

I also posted the HJT Log in the correct section now,
