Game Gittering

While in any game by valve, the game gitters with every aspect of it. While in the Q menu in Garry's Mod it opens and closes really fast at random times, clicking in any game works about 60% of the time, while moving I might keep going the same way even if I'm not holding anything. This problem has happened before and worked after reinstalling again. It's not my FPS, I'm around 100. Ive reinstalled all my valve games.
Please help!

EDIT:
I found out that this is actually happening in every game, but not in menus or anything, just in game. I tryed BF2 to relieve a bit of stress but it .. yea.
