HELP PLEASE!

I use Mozilla Thunderbird, and all my e-mails appear to have been deleted. This has never happened before upon launching the program.

It's as though the program is being opened for the first time. None of my e-mails appear.

I found something on the Mozilla support site that would suggest that this is a common problem. I have tried ALL the things they suggest at the link below to remedy the problem, but none have worked.

Has anyone had this happen to them? How can I get my emails back. Please help if you can.

Hello and Welcome to GeekToGo

I would think that from you saying

It's as though the program is being opened for the first time

That a new profile has been created for some reason.

If you find the Thunderbird folder in the start menu there should be something called Profile Manager in it. Try all profiles, one should be the right one. I would guess there will only be two, the new and the old.

Hope this helps.
