Okay, I've reformatted my PC too many times, and I can't register my serial (OEM) anymore. My friend said if I call the phone number on the sticker on the side of my PC they'll renew it.

Anyway, is this a real American number, 00043-xxx-xxx-xxx (x = number =P). And how would I dial it from England? Also, could I ring it with FoxFon?

There is an option to choose location, then you get a Freephone UK number
