Hi Jered we will now try the HJT fix again but and I must stress this do not ( r ) do not remove the following as it is your router/isp address. This is the second 017 entry

O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\..\{090DF030-4FC1-4160-974D-A2F28190F304}: NameServer = 192.168.0.1,205.171.3.65

TO WORK

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{090DF030-4FC1-4160-974D-A2F28190F304}: NameServer = 85.255.113.134,85.255.112.186
O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\..\{090DF030-4FC1-4160-974D-A2F28190F304}: NameServer = 85.255.113.134,85.255.112.186
O17 - HKLM\System\CS3\Services\Tcpip\..\{090DF030-4FC1-4160-974D-A2F28190F304}: NameServer = 85.255.113.134,85.255.112.186

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis.

Using Windows Explorer (to get there right-click your Start button and go to "Explore"), please delete these files (if present):

C:\WINDOWS\anram.dll
C:\WINDOWS\del.tmp

NEXT

Please run the following programs as per previous instructions

ATF

UPDATE AND RUN AVGAS saving the log file

FINALLY

Logs required New HJT, AVGAntiSpy Log :whistling:
