Photoshop elements wont register

I have bought Photoshop elements 5.0, I'm trying to register it so i can get some special features. But it is coming up with "Registation Error, An error occurred during registration. Please choose from one of the following options." These are "Try Registering over the internet again", "remind me to register later" and "Do not register". I have tryed registering later but does not work still and i need these specail features for work.

The internet connection is working as i can get internet explorer working. I do have firewall if this could be part of the problem.
