WinTV GO-Plus troubleshooting problems

I have recently installed WinTV GO-Plus on my computer which is a PCI card TV Tuner. The drivers and device seems to have been intalled properly, but when I try to auto-scan for channels no channels can be found. I have tried several different scanning options and none work. When I try to manually add a channel that channel just shows up as a blue screen.

I have tried different coax cables to connect with, and I have also tried with a splitter and directly from the wall.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
