Hi there.

How big is the file?

Also, try out this program. It is called Infra Recorder. I use it to burn all my ISO's and it works without a problem. One of my favorite ISO burners

Does this happen only with the specific type of DVD media? Have you tried some other brand or maybe tested with RW disc?
Did you try any other burning application?

Go to Alcohol options, Emulation and untick "Ignore Media Type" if it is ticked.
