But first... how do I create a seperate account? Like I wanna keep my tabs alive and I donmy bro to "intrude it" (dont care if it is pass protected or no) or sumthin like that

Opera calls them "Profiles".

First off, I think you need to choose the option to "install for multiple users" when you install Opera. Then you can create new profiles from the menu bar. Whenever Opera starts, you get a pop-up asking which profile you want it to use for that session.
