sorry about my spring clean looking difficult but not to worry, everyone here is on your side, if you move the curser over a text while holding the left side of the mouse down that text turns blue(called "highlighting") if you tren let go of the left side of the mouse and press the high side of the mouse some options appear of the screen
cut
copy
paste
delete
"cut" cuts out the highlighted text ready for you to paste(put it back somewhere else) it
"copy" copies the hightlighted text(but leave the original there) ready for you to paste it
"paste" puts the copied or cut highlighted text to the place you want to see that text at, for example in an email or a word document
"delete" just deletes the highlighted text

Anyway, sorry that my post 5 seemed hard to you, hope this helps

think of the prefetch as the preperation laid out in order for a program to be ready, I am going to eat a meal so I lay the table, I am going to write a letter so get my pen and paper ready, I prefetch these things in order to carry out my work in progress, if I did not I would have to fetch the knife and fork once I placed the meal on the table, I would have to fetch the pen and paper after I had sat down to write a letter, etc.

hope this helps
