I have used Norton Ghost to make a copy of a hard drive containing an old Xenix system. Ghost seems to work OK and says it is successful. When I try boting from the copy drive I get

not a directory
/boot not found
Stage 1 boot failure: error loading /boot

I have seen this procedure done before what am I missing?
