Does anyone know if there is a way to open a new browser window in Internet Explorer and have it open as a blank window and not open a new window with the same content that is in the current window?
Its not really a problem. Just a little annoying.

IE 6 or IE7?

When you open another instance of IE by clicking the shortcut icon, you should get a whole new windows with your home page. You can put a shortcut to IE on the QuickLaunch toolbar by grabbing the icon on the desktop and dragging it down to the toolbar.

From inside IE, clicking File New, Window, gives me a duplicate of the current window. That may be by-design.

If that doesn't help, post back.

I usually hit Control n, same result, duplicate page, and I go from there.
