I don't know what system details I need to share. I have a Dell Inspiron 8600, running Windows XP. The drive is a Sony CRX830E. I don't remember doing anything new to my system (which doesn't necessarily mean I didn't) but in the last few weeks somewhere it stopped reading DVDs. If I put one in the drive, it doesn't even register, just makes a few clicking noises. I tried using DVDs that used to work, but it won't read those even. Please, suggestions?
