WordPerfect and SonicStage won't work properly

I'm having problems with two of my programs. WordPerfect 12 and SonicStage 3.4

WordPerfect 12
I've tried to reinstall and repair the installation but I still can't use the spellchecker or grammar tools.

SonicStage 3.4
With this I've also reinstalled. The program seems to work fine except it won't actually transfer anything to my mp3 player.

Neither installation indicated any errors. Parts of both programs work fine with the except of some of the coponents. Other programs I've installed after these work perfectly.

Thanks for any help or advice you can offer.

What I ended up doing was uninstalling the programs. Searching through the registry and removed every trace of the program. The reinstalled and haven't had any problems.
