pxe e61-media test failure

I have a laptop dell inspiron 1100 and give pxe e61 media test failure error message.
first the system start up sometimes and sometimes not,second the hard drive is ok is already tested,the the bios detected the hard drive is when the system start up and other times the bios do not detect the hard drive is when the system do not start up,I believe is a bad connecting between the hard drive and the hard drive controller,any comments

There has to be more to the error based on some searches.
Could you list the complete error?

The end of the error message is CHECK CABLES
