Bluetooth Trouble

Hi,

Not sure if this is in the right section but here goes.

I've had Belkin F8T003 v2 Bluetooth dongle for a while now and used to use it with my laptop all the time to sync my phone. I recently formatted my laptop and am now unable to get the BT dongle to work using the Belkin installation CD. I am able to use the SP2 bluetooth software to send/receive individual files between my devices, but can no longer use the Belkin software to multiple files in one go?!

Prior to the reformat I did not have SP2 installed, is this whats causing me not to be able to use the Belkin drivers/software? Can it be fixed?

Is there some way to use the windows BT programme to do mass transfers to/from the devices?

Any help is greatly appreciated
