Cannot Install The Burning Crusade (World of Warcraft expansion)

Whenever i try to run the autorun or the updater on the burning crusade CD's i get the error message 'Updater has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

(My computer specifications are within that to run The Burning Crusade smoothly)
My Specs are as follows:

Windows XP Pro (5.1, Build 2600)
SP2
80gb hard drive space free
AMD Athlon 2.7GHz
Nvidia GeForce 6800 GT 256MB
1536MB RAM
Directx9.0c

I have a Dr.Watson error report if posting that would help. It shows where the error is but i have no idea to work out what it actually means i should do to solve it, any help appreciated.
