I'm a new user who has completed all the steps required to post a hijackthis log. I've been having problems recently with spyware that has the following characteristics: (a) pop-ups ads, (b) about:blank ie homepage, © unable to access any files on my computer through files explorer (can only access files by opening a program and searching through files within the program), (d) new website constantly being added to my favorites, & (e) drwatson program in the background stalling my computer any time I try to use file explorer.

I would greatly appreciate any advice anyone can offer. Here is my hijackthis file.
