As soon as we sign on to the computer, we get automatic dial up - which we shouldn't. We then get 'Coolsearch' (not) set as homepage. Luckily we have call barring so web page unknown message come back. Sometimes it will try to open this page over 100 times. (Even when playing games not connected)
For variety the web address sometimes comes back as 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sexocean.biz.
We have got macafee installed and run ad-aware and grisoft several times a week, but still manage to get the same thing.
If you go into internet options, under settings, view objects there is a file which we cann't delete called brdgclass V1.0.0.117.
Please can someone help, as it is taking over our lives trying to get rid of these pirates. We want to enjoy the internet again!
We are unable to run live updates of any sort.

Welcome fatcat <_<

Sounds like your infected by a dialer and a hijacker. Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.blazefind...h.php?search=%s
