When I turn on the computer...it goes to the windows login screen, passes by that and then the screen flashes a cursor on it and locks on a black screen.
If I try and start it in any other mode it only works in Safe Mode...

Any suggestions please?
I know there is a virus on there...just dunno where to go with this.
Thanks.

hello and welcome, to g's2go.

if you are still having issues and suspect that it is malware related I would start with our malware forum and see if they can make sure you don't have any malware installed.

please: post any hjt logs in the malware forum.

Thanks.
That is what I am going to do. Since I have changed house locations AND internet types the pc seems to start up ok here but not there (at the original location). So I am now going thru the list on HJT :whistling:
