Ihave adware!

Hi guys, Im new here, and i'm in desperate need of help. I have adware, I have tried a McAfee scan, spybot and Adaware and although the last 2 are picking up things, the adware is still popping up and now I have this clicking sound evey 5 seconds or so like te sound of a webpage opening but there is nothig opening. I just don't know what to do now and tought I would ask for help through here before I reformat.
Please HELP me!!!!
