DX 10 and Vista

IS DX10 on both the 32 and 64 bit versions or is it 64 exclusive? If its also on 32 bit whats the point of 64?

It works on both, 64bit is faster than 32bit running an OS and application that can make full use of the processor makes everything run allot smoother, youll also notice the few games with 64bit versions run alot better on 64 than the 32bit counter parts.
