I'm having trouble receiving email (using Outlook 2000) sent to my company's Microsoft Exchange 2000 server (which uses SMTP) that is sent from an outside (foreign) source over the internet from an Exchange 5.5 server (which sends email in an X.400 format). What is the easiest way to configure my Exchange 2000 server to accept, resolve and interpret the X.400 protocol?

Alternatively: can any web mail service handle X.400 format?

Thanks.

Hi, and welcome to Geeks to Go!

Is your email MAPI?

Do you have an x.400 protocol set up under your server in Exchange Manager?

Are you getting errors in the event log related to this?
