They should still be in %systemroot%\system32. You can browse to them, create shortcuts and put them back in the Start Menu.
Paint = mspaint.exe
Freecell = freecell.exe
Hearts = mshearts.exe
Minesweeper = winmine.exe
Solitaire = sol.exe
Spider Solitaire = spider.exe
Pinball =C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball\PINBALL.EXE
The "Internet" games are at C:\Program Files\MSN Gaming Zone\Windows\.
I think the easiest way to put them back on the Start Menu is to open Explorer and browse to c:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\programs\games. In another Explorer window, browse to c:\windows\system32 (or Program Files). Put the two Explorer windows side-by-side. Right click each one, create shortcut, and drag the shortcut to the Games folder.
Please post back if this doesn't work for you.
