I have removed multiple trojan viruses from my machine using the tools outlined on this site. The performance of my computer is better but still slow. I cannot remove the hidden 'RECYCLER' files from my internal and external HDs.

The folders both contain a file named 'S-1-5-21-1214440339-484763869-854245398-1003'. These files have icons that look like recycle bins.

Any attempt to delete these returns a file cannot be acessed error.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Thanks
