could any one tell me how I go about deleting an unallocated partition in Vista. I know I can get into the management screen, but when I right click the Volume I want to delete, Delete , is not on the list.
Any ideas Please.

No, it will be a stand alone partition, which is a good thing. I would use this to store all your documents, pictures, mp3s, mpgs, etc... That way if Vista takes a dump, those files will be intact and safe.
