I have downloaded Java, real player, windows media player, etc. about 6 of them.

I get the sound on everything but can not see any video on any of my emails, attatchments, etc.

Can anyone help me with this, I had to reboot the computer with the factory discs after my ex crashed my system but still do not get any video to go with sound.

With that being said, my acer video arcade still plays movies so I am only talking about from the net files.

Thanks in advance.

Ok I did it and still the same, it plays them with sound but the screen is black, I have to be missing something in the drives that is making all of the players miss the video but not the audio.

cant figure this one.

Email attatchments, things off the internet, etc. the only things that play are those on a cd in the arcade.

Anything you try to download such as ecards, comics, spoof video, wildlife, etc. do not play. The ones you watch on the web work but those you do not download.

Thanks much for the corespondance too.
