Can anyone help?

My DVD drive won't accept blank DVD discs - I've tried several plus new ones.

But it is OK with DVD disks I have previously burned on, and is OK with blank CDs and used ones.

It says Drive D in not accessible. Any suggestions?

Are you using the correct type of discs for your drive? Newer drives can write to DVD-R and DVD+R discs, but some older drives can only write to one of those two types.

Yes, I'm using DVD+R, the ones I have always used and burnt to.

Is there something under device manager I can alter to make it accept them?
