Hi,

I wanted to find out if there is anywhere that has lists for drop down menu's for example, countries of the World, UK counties, France's provinces and also other lists like Mobile phone manufacturers, of models of mobile phones, car mnfrs ETC you get the idea.

I have also heard of some Java script for Active content something. This would make sure your lists stay up to date as manufacturers change models as it updates your sites lists from a 'Library'. Can anyone please clarify this or point out any list library service..

Thank you

I a not sure where you can find such lists. But as to the "Java script for Active content " sounds like AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML). I suppose you would have to find if the manufactures maintain something that AJAX can hook in to. I would personally use some kind of server side scripting like PHP to maintain it. Bet it depends on what you capable of doing.
