Well I did a systems restore and now my CD & DVD rums will not work and I get this error code 39 each time.I have called Dell three times and I stale have the same troubleI get this code on three devices and thy are my RW/DVD, DVDR, SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio, I need help on this please, I can't even play a audio CD any more.
