Have you tried to copy the link, open Internet Explorer and paste it in the address bar?

No the calendar is on line as it is
I thought it might be anti-virus but when I allowed the software I use to attend the tutorials eg all the .exe files and added the website to trusted sites I still get the same thing back

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later

Also emptied the cache not sure what is happening.

Thanks

Is this the first time you've ever tried to open a tutorial from an online calendar on this computer?

Completely disable your antivirus software and/or your firewall, then try. If you have a contact number for the tutorial folks, you might give them a call to confirm they aren't having some kind of issue today.
