When I try to access certain websites, I get the error message [/i]Page cannot be displayed.
I have narrowed it down to a system service file called Promise Techology FastTrak Log. Microsoft says to remove it, but I don't know where to find it.
Can anyone help :whistling:

Hi, and welcome to Geeks to Go!

Is your Network Card a Promise Technology FastTrak card?

To locate the log file Microsoft specified, you can do a Search (Start menu, Search) for *.log on Local Harddrives C:. Look for a log file that's called something like Promise Technology FastTrak.

Why did Microsoft say to delete this log file?
