Due to my own inexperience, I deleted the mail and safari programs on my new iMac so I had to reinstall the OS which went OK. After the install was complete, the computer rebooted to the terminal screen with lines of text like; Server 0 in bootstrap 1103 uid 0..., and localhost:/ I have no name!#. What do I do now? I can do nothing!.

Thanks in advance for your help and interest:
